of Brights Disease.  Internment in Erie, PA.

Death 09/10/1901 Taber. James, died on Tuesday, Sept. 10, 1901.  Burial in Beaverdam Cemetery, Elgin, PA.
Death 01/13/1920 Taber, Lurinda, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 1920.  She was

born Lurinda Cobb on 11/06/1822; united in marriage to George

Taber on 12/05/1850, who passed away 05/16/1883.   To this union were born Mrs. E. J. Thompson and Mrs. A.N. Taber.  One

sister and two brothers survive besides the daughters.

Birth 05/07/1884 Tabor, a daughter, born to Mr. and Mrs. A. N. Tabor the week

of May 7, 1884.

Death 05/14/1927 Tabor, Mina Lee Smiley, age 73, wife of A.N. Tabor, passed away

on  Saturday, May 14, 1927.  She was born in 1854 and united in

marriage to A.N. Tabor in July of 1878.  Survived by her husband

and five children.

Death 07/08/1935 Tabor, A.N., age 80, passed away on Monday, July 8, 1935.  He was the City Health Officer.  He was born 12/20/1864 and was

united in marriage to Miss Mina Lee Smiley on July 9, 1878, she

passed away 05/14/1924.  He is survived by two sons and two

daughters.  A daughter Rachel, passed away in 1928. (Ed. Note:

Death 09/09/1956 Tabor, Charles, former Union City resident, passed away on

Sunday, Sept. 9, 1956 in Fort Worth, TX.  Brother of Mrs. Rena

Williams and Alfred Tabor.  Burial in Fort Worth, TX.

Death 08/19/1950 Tait, Earl, age 18, was killed in an auto accident on Saturday,

Aug. 19, 1950.  He lived with his aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Deedrick who survive, as well as his parents Mr. and

Mrs. John Tait of Pittsburgh; two sisters, Edith and Mrs. William

Walter.  Burial in United Cemetery, Pittsburgh.

Death 10/18/1945 Tanner, Lucy, age 88, wife of the late William Tanner, passed

away on Thursday, Oct. 18, 1945.  Surviving are one son, Charles

Tanner and a daughter, Mrs. Stanley Sturgis.  A son, Amos Tanner preceded her in death.  Burial in Beaverdam Cemetery.

in June of 1904.  She leaves her husband and small son.  Burial

Deaths 7/8/1972 and 7/9/1972 Tarbell, Danette Lynn and Jeanette Lee were born at Oil City Hospital on July 8, 1972 to Daniel and Denise Smith Tarbell of Union City.  Danette died on July 8 and Jeanette died on July 9.  They are survived by their parents; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Smith; and paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Crawford Tarbell of Union City.  They were buried in Beaverdam Cemetery.

Death 3/14/1979 Tarbell, Merrill, 81, was born on May 17, 1897 in Union Township to Franklin and Vina Gates Tarbell.  He was married to Lucille Fenno.  He is survived by his wife; two daughters:  Mrs. Merrill (Doris) Bowen and Mrs. Elmer (Evelyn) Alexander of Union City; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two brothers:  Floyd and Harold Tarbell, both of Union City; and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Myrna Weisberg of Euclid, OH.  He was preceded in death by a brother, Ray Tarbell.  He was buried in Beaverdam Cemetery.

Death 02/14/1906 Taylor, A.D., age 74, died Wednesday, Feb. 14, 1906.  He was

born 07/24/1832; married Martha Green and they had four children, two of whom survive, Willis and Fred.  His second

wife was Lena Hibner.  Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.

Birth 08/10/1897 Taylor, a daughter, born to Mr. and Mrs. A.F. Taylor on Tuesday,

August 10, 1897.

Death 10/05/1927 Taylor, Adlebert, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 5, 1927.  He

was born in 1856; married Rose Hood in 1879.  Five of the six

children born to this union survive, Bertha having died in infancy.

Death 08/15/1881 Taylor, Bertha Ruth, age 9 months, died on Wednesday,

August 15, 1881.  She is survived by her parents Mr. and Mrs. A.F. Taylor.

Death 2/9/1974 Taylor, Donald E, 42, was born in Peoria, IL on November 19, 1931 to August and Opal Taylor.  He is survive by his wife, Linda Boarts Taylor; two daughters:  Michaela Taylor of Massachusetts and Ellen Smith of Union City; two sons:  Thomas and David Smith of Union City; his mother, Mrs. Opal Taylor of Brookville, OH; a brother, Richard Taylor of Virginia Beach; and his stepmother, Mrs. Edna Taylor of Illinois.  He was buried in Evergreen Cemetery.
Death 10/09/1910 Taylor, Emmett A., age 27, son of Willis Taylor was killed in a

railroad accident in Olean, N.Y.  He had been married but his wife

had passed away two years ago.  He was born in 1883; his body

was brought here for burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Union City,

on Sun. Oct. 9, 1910.

on Sunday, March 4, 1866.

Death 10/17/1951 Taylor, Lonnie, age 74, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 17, 1951.  Mr. Taylor is survived by his wife, Daisy; two daughters,

Mrs. Zoe Morris and Mrs. Gladys Watson; and one sister, Mrs.

Blanche Young.  Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.

Taylor, Nellie Maude Carroll, wife of S.W. Taylor, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 1908.  She was born 11/29/1882, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S.M. Carroll; she was married 12/04/1901.  three children: Frank C., Fred G., and Eveline L. Taylor who with parents and sisters are left to mourn.

Thomas on April 25, 1912.  She is survived by her husband; a son, John D. Thomas of Erie; and seven grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by a brother, William Allen.  She was buried in Evergreen Cemetery.

Death 10/30/1979 Thomas, Francis L. “Dusty,” 55, died at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Erie.  He was born on May 22, 1924 in Pittsburgh to Wilbur and Viola Davison Thomas.  He is survived by a daughter, Carol Graham of Pittsburgh; three sons:  Lawrence and Rick Thomas, both of Corry, and Wray Thomas of Cherry Point, NC; thirteen grandchildren; a sister, Sarah Zardarko of Pittsburgh; and three stepchildren:  Genie Rae, and Randy and Connie Thomas.
Death 6/4/1976 Thomas, Julie E., 66, died at Union City Memorial Hospital.  She is survived by her husband, Chauncey K. Thomas; four sons:  Chauncey L. Thomas of Union City, Clarence R. and Robert L. Thomas, both of Erie, and John L. Thomas of Wattsburg; two daughters:  Mrs. Russell (Neva) Hall of Union City and Mrs. Anna Mae Montgomery of Las Vegas; 26 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.  She was buried in Evergreen Cemetery.

She was born 12/30/1852; married Leonard Emerson in 1871.  He

died in 1872, leaving one daughter , now Mrs. Harry Root.  In

1876 she married J.M. Thomas, they had five children: Claude E.,

Clinton H., Ross J., Mrs. N.M. Wellman, and Bessie Thomas.

Clinton H., died last Oct.  Three sisters also survive, Mrs. Will Drury, Mrs. Delos Drury and Mrs. Ida Rossiter.  Burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Union City, PA.

Death 02/20/1886 Tubbs, Mary, nearly age 41, daughter of  J.W. Steves, Esq., died on Saturday, Feb. 20, 1886.  She was born 02/22/1845.  She leaves her father, J.W. Steves; one brother; three sisters, Mrs.

C.G. Ames, Mrs. E. Taylor and Mrs. P.B. Roberts; her husband

and two little girls.  Burial in Asbury Cemetery.

Death 09/17/1949 Tujetsch, an infant daughter, born to Mr. and Mrs. Albert Tujetsch

passed away shortly after birth on Saturday, Sept. 17, 1949.  Burial in St. Teresa’s Cemetery, Union City, PA

Death Tujetsch, Donald J., 30, was born in Union City on March 19, 1947 to Alfred J. and Lois Alexander Tujetsch of Edinboro.  He is survived by his parents; two sons:  James and Eric Tujetsch of Kingstree, SC; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Clara Hanes of Union City; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Tujetsch, in 1949.  He was buried in St. Teresa’s Cemetery.

on Saturday, Jan. 19, 1957.  Besides her husband, the deceased

is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Cordelia Chundrlek, Mrs.

Helen Alford and Mildred Byerley; four sons, Lawrence, John

Melvin and Alford. Another son Leonard (Archie) died in 1944. Burial in St. Teresa’s Cemetery, Union City, PA.

Wednesday, April 5, 1961, failed to survive.

Death 11/04/1944 Tujetsch, Leonard (Archie), age 32, died at the scene of a motorcycle accident on Saturday, Nov. 4, 1944.  Born 01/04/1912,

the son of Mr, and Mrs. Fred Tujetsch.  He is survived by four sisters, Mrs. Helen Murray, Mrs. Agnes Bryant, Mrs. Cordelia

Chundrlek, Mrs. Mildred Byerley; four brothers, John, Lawrence,

Melvin and Alfred.  Burial in St. Teresa’s Cemetery, Union City,

Death 01/??/1929 Tunequist, Emma Dora,  passed away in January of 1929.  She

was born in 1873; married Frank W. Peterson in 1891.  Four of

the five children born to this union survive, as well as three

brothers.  Funeral services were held on 01/27/1929.

Death 03/28/1944 Turbek, Pvt. George, age 27, passed away at an army hospital

on Tuesday, March 28, 1944.  Besides his wife, Frances, the

deceased is survived by his mother, Mrs. Katherine Trojak

and one brother, John Trojak.  Burial in St. Teresa’s Cemetery,

Death 07/12/1935 Tuttle, Ion, passed away on Friday, July 12, 1935.  He was born

03/21/1868; married Miss Minnie Beryl Fulkerson on 12/14/1898.

Of the six children born to them, four survive.  His wife passed

away on 12/18/1918.  On Nov. 20, 1920, Mr. Tuttle remarried to

Mrs. Georgia Harbst.  Surviving him are his widow, four daughters, a step-son and two sisters.

Death 03/22/1917 Tuttle, Neil Jerome, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Ion Tuttle (Minnie

Fulkerson) passed away on Thursday, March 22, 1917.  He was

born  06/18/1916.

Death 11/05/1924 Tuttle, Hanna Sophronia Fulkerson, age 90, passed away on

Wednesday, Nov. 5, 1924, at the home of her son, Ion Tuttle.

She was born in 1834;  married to John W. Tuttle in 1857

They had five daughters and one son; the three youngest are

survivors.  Her husband passed away in July of 1900.

Birth 11/10/1957 Tyndall, Elaine Rae, born to Mr. and Mrs. John Tyndall (Jean

Hoover) on Sunday, Nov. 10, 1957.

Death 06/05/1910 Tyndall, Maryette Earl, age 63, passed away on Sunday,

June 5, 1910.  She was born in 1846; in  1865 she married John W. Tyndall.  three of the four children born to them survive along

with the husband.   The funeral was held on Tuesday, June 7, 1910. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.

Death 11/12/1945 Tyndall, Jessie, widow of the late Truman H. Tyndall passed

away on Monday, Nov. 12, 1945.  She is survived by her daughter

Zelah and a son, John R.  Born 05/12/1875, the daughter of

William W. and Mary Bryner; she married Truman in 10/1899;

he passed away 10/26/1943.

Death 01/31/1924 Tyndall, John W., age 80, passed away on Thursday,

Jan. 31, 1924.  United in marriage to Miss Maryette Earl in

1865; to this union were born four children, three of them survive.

After the death of his wife in 1910, he was married to Mrs. Charlotte Dean, who with the three children survive, also a sister.

 

Death 06/07/1927 Tyndall. Leighton E., age 47, passed away on Tuesday,

June 7, 1927.  He leaves his wife, two daughters, one son, a brother and a sister.

Death 06/24/1952 Tyndall, Maribelle, passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 1952.

She was born 05/28/1904, the daughter of Mrs. Maude Tyndall and the late L.E. Tyndall.  She leaves one sister, Mrs. E. B.

Sterrett and one brother Earl Tyndall, besides her mother.

Death 10/26/1943 Tyndall, Truman, age 70, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 26, 1943.

Besides his wife, Jessie, the deceased is survived by one daughter,

Zelah and one son, John.  He was born 11/03/1872, son of John W. and Maryette Tyndall; united in marriage to Jessie H. Bryner on 10/18/1899.

Death 11/10/1976 Tyson, Charles, 67, died at his home in Canadohta Lake.  He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Tyson; three sons:  Ronald Tyson of Port Allegany, PA; Charles C. Tyson of Woodbridge, VA, and Wayne Tyson at home; three daughters:  Mrs. Edward (Janet) Gordon of Pittsburgh, Mrs. Timothy (Marlene) Rose of Erie, and Mrs. John (Rita) Mineo of Canadohta Lake; six grandchildren; two sisters:  Mrs. Matthew Ambrose and Mrs. Lillian Polachek, both of Pittsburgh; a brother, Frank Tyson of Pittsburgh; and several nieces and nephews.  He was buried in St. Teresa’s Cemetery.
Death 07/22/1949 Tryon, Edith, passed away on Friday, July 22, 1949.  She was

born 07/29/1882, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Gebhard

Wager; united in marriage to George E. Tryon, who preceded

her in death on 06/06/1933.  She is survived by one daughter,

Mrs. Amelia Gilson of Long Beach, where she resided.  A sister,

Mrs. Mary Edinger, and a brother, J. Arthur Wager also survive.

Burial in Long Beach Cemetery.

Death 06/06/1933 Tryon, George E., age 58, passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 1933.

He was the son of the late Henry and Mary Tyron; married

Edith Wager; they had one daughter, who with the wife and one

brother survive.

Death 06/28/1931 Tryon, Mary J., passed away on Sunday, June 28, 1931.  She was

born 09/02/1844; united in marriage to Henry H. Tryon 12/30/1869.  To this union were born four children, three of which

survive.  Myrta E. is deceased.

Death 07/18/1888 Tryon, Myrta, (Mertie) about age 18, eldest daughter of  Mr. and Mrs. H. Tryon, passed away on July 18, 1888.
Death 01/25/1943 Tryon, Ray W., passed away on Monday, Jan. 25, 1943.  Born

02/13/1878, the son of Henry and Mary Jane Tryon.  One brother,

George preceded him in death in 1933.  Surviving are his wife,

Caroline; one brother, Earl; and a niece, Amelia Tryon.
