A view of the library at the corner of South Main & Stranahan Streets. It was constructed in 2000 and built on a site formerly occupied by the Frisbee Opera House.

The Union City Public Library is a full service community library, located in Union City, Pennsylvania, is dedicated to the informational and recreational reading needs of area residents. The library offers approximately 32,000 volumes of fiction, non-fiction and reference materials, internet access, word processing, story hours, and summer reading programs.   • The library has seven public access PCs with printing available.
  • The Board of Directors meet the third Monday of each month, with the exception of July.  Meetings are scheduled for 4:30 PM in the Conference Room of the library.  Meeting dates and times are subject to change.
