on Sunday, April 18, 1909.  He was born 11/07/1841 at Port

Ontario, N.Y.; married Martha Smith on 12/27/1865.  They had

one daughter, Mrs. Treat.  Two sisters also survive, Mrs. Sarah

Ripsim and Mrs. W.W. Salisbury.  Burial in Evergreen Cemetery,

Union City, PA.

Death 12/12/1908 Page, Martha Louise Smith, nearly 70, passed away on Saturday,

Dec. 12, 1908.  She was born 05/01/1839 in Massachusetts; married H. C. Page in 1865.  She lived with her daughter, Mrs. George Treat.  Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.

is survived by one son, E.L. Page and one daughter, Mrs. M.H.

born 04/30/1855; married Hattie E. Velsy in Aug. of 1880, she passed away 08/01/1888. He remarried to Maggie VerMilyer Young who with one daughter, Frances W. Paige, age 14 survive

him.  Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.

three of whom survive, Mrs. C.B. McLain, Mrs. C.E. Curler, and

John W. Palmer.

Death 9/17/1978 Palmer, Howard F., was born in Union Township to Leon E. and Flossie Gates Palmer, who preceded him in death in 1956 and 1952.  He is survived by his wife, Kathleen (Kathy) Schweikert Palmer; two aunts:  Mrs. Winnifred Hannah of Union City and Mrs. Freda Flaugh of Lorain, OH; a great aunt, Mrs. Lanah Faulkner of Spartansburg; and an uncle, Herbert Palmer of Erie.  He was buried in Evergreen Cemetery.

May 16, 1948.

Death 01/28/1952 Palmer, Flossie, age 54, passed away on Monday, Jan. 28, 1952.

She is survived by her mother, Mrs. May Brown, one son, Howard

Palmer, two sisters, Mrs. Clella Rouse and Mrs. Winifred Hannel,

her step-father Cliff Brown and a step-sister Mrs. Freda Flaugh.

Death 12/9/1978 Palmer, Lee G., 91, died at his home in Jersey Shore, PA.  He was born in East Springfield, PA to Ben F. and Hanna Mead Palmer.  He was preceded in death by his first wife, Anna Woodward Palmer, in 1949, and his second wife, Mildred Stoliker Palmer, in 1977.  He is survived by two stepsons:  Kenneth Stoliker of Williamsport and Douglas Stoliker of Conneaut, OH; and four step grandchildren.  He was buried in Evergreen Cemetery.

Death 12/22/1977 Palmer, Russell C., died at Saint Vincent Health Center.  He was born in Union City on June 22, 907 to Joseph and Lena Mineo Palmer.  He is survived by his wife, Goldie Guthrie Palmer; two sons:  Robert G. Palmer of Ashtabula, OH and Allan J. Palmer of Houston, TX; a brother, Paul Palmer of Union City; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.  He was buried in St. Teresa’s Cemetery.

Death 05/09/1907 Palmeter, Preston, died Thursday, May 9, 1907.  He was born

04/21/1820; married Elvira Chandler.  Nine children were born

to them, five of whom are still living, Frank, Elliott, and William;

Mrs. George Cole and Mrs. Mertie Dougherty.  His first wife

died on 04/27/1894 and his second wife died just 6 days ago.

Death 03/02/1925 Pankalsky, Walter, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. George Pankalsky

died on Monday, March 2, 1925.  Internment in Hatch Hollow

cemetery.

Death 08/31/1961 Papsun, Mrs. Ray, age 72, passed away on Thursday,

Aug. 31, 1961.  She was born in Vilno, Poland on 04/20/1887.

She and Mr. Papsun were married 48 yrs.  Surviving are her

husband; two daughters, Mrs. Helen Bukoski and Mrs. Mary

Jackson; two sons, Edward and Raymond; three sisters and

two brothers living in Poland.  Burial in St. Teresa’s Cemetery.

Birth 05/10/1949 Parke, Donna Lea, born to Mr. and Mrs. Donald Parke (Genevieve

Storer) on Tuesday, May 10, 1949.

Death 05/01/1961 Parke, Emma Jane, age 71, passed away Monday, May 1, 1961.  She was

a resident of Centerville.  Besides her husband, Joseph H., she is survived

by three daughters, Mrs. Jane Ashbrook of Akron, Mrs. Lois Thomas of

Lincolnville and Mrs. Hazel Burkholder of Johnstown, PA.  Six sons,

Robert of  Johnstown, William of Marion, OH, Donald of Ravenna, OH,

Carl of Wattsburg, and Glenn of the U.S. Army, now on route to Korea,

and Roy at home.  Twenty-three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive.  Interment was in Forest Lawn Cemetery,

Johnstown, PA.

Elmina L. Daniels on 04/02/1865; she married John Parker on 11/09/1884.  To this union were born three children who with

their father survive.  They are Mrs. Georgia E. Allen, Miss Hettie

M., and Harvey E. Parker.  Also surviving are two brothers, David and Darius Daniels; two sisters, Mrs. F.A. Johnson and Mrs. Lora

Flaugh.  Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.

her daughter, Elizabeth Debbin.   Ann Scott was united in marriage to Charles Parkin in 1865.  To this union were born nine children, six of whom survive; one sister and two brothers also survive.

His wife, Kathryn Woods Parkin, passed away on 8/11/1993. Four sons, Gary, Russell, Jeff and John Parkin, Jr., and a daughter, Mrs. Clayton (Cynthia) Hanna, survive. Brother of Richard H. September 17, 1947.  Two sons, Charles and Walter and one

daughter survive.  He is also survived by one brother, Albert and

one sister, Mrs. Harry Debbins (Elizabeth)  He was born

01/03/1868; married Rena Howe in 1892, who preceded him

in death in May of 1931.

Death 5/30/1978 Parkin, Lela L., 72, died at her home in Union City.  She was born on November 5, 1905 in Eldred Township, Warren County, PA to Martin and Minnie Laning.  She was married to Charles W. Parkin on April 7, 1928 in Meadville.  He preceded her in death.  She is survived by two sons:  Richard Parkin of Union City and John Parkin of Cambridge Springs; and eight grandchildren.  She was buried in Evergreen Cemetery.

Fannie Proper of Guys Mills, and Frank Proper of Stuart, FL.  One
